Madeline Baird (She/They) is a Chicago native and Chicago-based actor, singer, director, and coach.  

Their work includes Shining Girls on Apple TV+, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Drury Lane Theatre, and Emerald City Theatre. They've also directed for Youth Company Chicago and Runaways Lab Theater, where they've additionally served as an intimacy coach.

Madeline performed professionally as a child, first as a soloist at Symphony Hall, before touring with Apple Tree Theatre, holding an extended contract at The American Girl Place, and earning a BFA in Acting from The Theatre School at DePaul University.

They thrive in collaborative rooms where curiosity, play, and trust drive the work, valuing preparation, adaptability, and bringing a "yes, and" mindset to every project.
